15.1. Safety, health and environmental regulations / legislation specific for product
EU Regulations:
- Regulation (EC) n. 1907/2006 (REACH) Annex XIV (List of Authorized Substances)
This article does not contain any substances included in Annex XIV (the “List of Authorized Substances”).
- REACH List of substances of very high concern (SVHC): This article does not contain any substances included in the “Candidate List” in accordance with annex 57 letter a), Regulations (EC) n. 1907/2006 (REACH).
- Regulation (EC) n. 1907/2006 (REACH) Annex XVII restrictions on manufacturing, marketing and use of certain substances, preparations and harmful articles: this product does not contain any substances included in the above list for the restricted uses.
Swiss Regulations: Specific provisions on the protection of health and environment:
- ChemO 813.11 - annex 5 substances and preparations of groups 1 and 2: not applicable. This is an article.
- ChemO 813.11 - annex 3 List of substances of very high concern (state 1 September 2016) – for the components inside the cell: none.
- DFI Ordinance concerning contact person for chemicals RS 813.113.11: not applicable. This is an article.
- Chemical Risk Reduction Ordinance, ORRChem: According to Annex 2.15, this product is an Industrial battery. Battery does not contain mercury, cadmium or lead.
- Ordinance against atmospheric pollution RS 814.318.142.1: not applicable under standard use. See Sec. 5, 10 for emergency.
- Ordinance on incentive tax on volatile organic compounds RS 814-018: not applicable. The product does not contain volatile organic compounds according to the ordinance.
- Ordinance on protection against major accidents RS 814.012: not applicable.
- Ordinance on dangerous works during Pregnancy and Maternity (Maternity Protection Ordinance) RS 822.111.52: under normal conditions the use of the product does not endanger the health of the mother and the child (see chapter 2 of the ordinance).
